Lazy Tiramisu

In Italian, tiramisu means "pick me up." So contrary to the name, "Lazy Tiramisu" this recipe is extremely simple to make, if you're in the mood for a pick me up, but do not know or want to temper eggs.

1 can Starbucks Double Shot Espresso

2 containers of Cool Whip

16 oz. marscapone cheese (at room temperature)

2 packages of Pepperidge Farm, Milano cookies (I use the double chocolate ones)

cocoa powder and a little cinnamon (cocoa can be sweeteend or unsweetened, I prefer unsweetened)

In a 9x9 baking pan, layer your soaked cookies first, then add your marscapone and cool whip mixture (make sure you fold in whip cream when combining. Then, dust with cocoa powder and cinnamon, then let set over night! If you are too impatient, just eat it right out of the pan ;)
